You will receive this notification from Sapporo city around late June, with free coupon(s) and a health check-up booklet for cancer screening test(s) enclosed, if you are eligible.

There are 2 types of screening tests.

All the free cancer screening tests must be completed by March 31, 2022.
You can only use the coupon(s) at designated medical institutions.
Please make appointments early since they are likely to be fully booked by February and March.

For pap smear screening (including taking medical history, check-up, and pelvic exam.)
a free coupon will be sent to you around late June, 2021 if you are:
a registered resident of Sapporo city as of April 16, 2021 and
a female, 20 years old as of April 1, 2021.
For breast cancer screening with mammography
a free coupon will be sent to you around late June, 2021 if you are:
a registered resident of Sapporo city as of April 16, 2021 and
a female, 40 years old as of April 1, 2021.
