妊娠出産寄り添い給付金, “Ninshin-Syussan-Yorisoi-Kyufukin”

Sapporo City provides “Sapporo Pregnancy and Childbirth Support Benefits” for those who become pregnant or give birth after April 2022. This benefit is financed from Japanese government grants consist 50,000 yen for pregnancy and 50,000 yen for each child after birth, along with consultation support to relieve anxiety. No income ceiling for receiving these benefits.

Sapporo City has sent the application form and questionnaire to 【Those who became pregnant and gave birth between April and December 2022】by March 2023.
Sapporo City sends the application form to 【Those who become pregnant or give birth after January 2023】2-3 months after the each notifications.

Note：The application deadline for those who became pregnant and gave birth between April and December 2022 in Sapporo is June 30, 2023(valid postmark).
