Mother/Father :

1.きげん　 が　 よかった　 です。：　 S/he was in good mood.

きげん　 が　 わるかった　 です。　 ：　 S/he was fussy.

2.おもちゃ　を　みて　わらって　いました。　：　S/he smiled at his/her toy.

わたし　を　みて　わらって　いました。　：　S/he smiled at me.

3.よく　のみます。　：　S/he drinks his/her milk very well.

あまり　のみたがりません。　：　S/he was reluctant to drink his/her milk.

4.さくばん　は　○ かい　おっぱいをあげました。　：　I breastfed him ○times last night.

5.こなみるく　は　○ cc のみました。　：　S/he drank ○cc of bottled milk.

6. ３じかんおきに、じゅにゅうしました。そのあいだ　 ○ふんおきに　 おきました。　 ：　

I nursed her/him every 3 hours. After nursing s/he woke up at intervals of ○minutes in a period of 3 hours.

7.ゆうがた　 せんつう　 で　 おおなき　 しました。　 ：　 S/he cried excessively due to colic in the evening.

8.なんべん　が　でました。　：　S/he had soft stool.

げりを　しました。　：　S/he had diarrhea.

べんぴ　しています。　：　S/he had constipation.

9.びねつ　が　ありました。　：　S/he had a slight fever.

いま　は　ねつ　は　さがって　います。　：　His temperature is back to normal now.

10.からだ　に　ほっしん　が　でました。　：　S/he developed rashes on his/her body.

てあし　に　すいほう　が　でました。　：　S/he developed blisters on his/her hands and feet.

11.おむつかぶれ　に　なっています。　：　S/he has a diaper rash.

12.かゆがって　なきます。　：　S/he cried due to itching

13.いたがって　なきます。　：　S/he cried due to the pain.

14.ねがえり　を　うちました。　：　S/he rolled over on his/her own.

15.ひとり　で　すわれるように　なりました。　：　S/he can sit without support.

16.はいはい　しはじめました。　：　She started to crawl.
