03 Aug Emergency Severity Assessment Support Tool【緊急度判定サポートツール】
Free Online Guidance Service for Sudden Illnesses and Injuries
The City of Sapporo provides a free web service called the Emergency Severity Assessment Support Tool, designed to help users assess the urgency of sudden illnesses and injuries. The service supports urgency assessment through a combination of multiple-choice questions and a chat-based interface.
The service is available in Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean.
By simply selecting the symptoms and circumstances of an illness or injury, users can receive guidance on whether they should call an ambulance and whether they should seek medical attention at a hospital.
The tool also supports free-text input in a chat format, allowing users to describe their symptoms and circumstances in their own words.
This service is integrated with the Sapporo Emergency Consultation Center. After completing the assessment, users will receive a reference number. By providing this number to a consultant at the Sapporo Emergency Consultation Center, the consultant can review the information entered into the tool, enabling a smoother and more efficient consultation.
If you remain concerned after receiving the assessment results or would like information about medical facilities that are currently available for consultation, please contact the Sapporo Emergency Consultation Center:
- #7119
- 011-272-7119
