You will be connected to your local call center. You can ask pediatricians and/or nurses for advice on the proper treatment and for the name of which hospital/clinic will accommodate your child.

In Sapporo this call center is open from 7p.m. to 8a.m. of the next day all the year around.

Updated in 2017 : Now a telephone consultation service is available 24 hours 7 days a week, headquartered at Emergency Relief Center, “the Kyukyu Anshin Center in Sapporo” (救急安心センター札幌).
